Day 4: The Life

I'm back! Lol,
What's happinin friends? Just came in and figured I would fill you in on some stuff going on right now. To start, I just want all of you to know that my "music" is really just the pebble in the pond in corilation to what else is involved. People tend to judge an artist solely on his or her music. Reasonable... But in most cases, thats just skin deep. Look at the artist's life and see how it shows in the music. Thats the key. :)... After all, what's the music if there is no artist behind it? That's exactly why I have this blog; To share with you who I really am... What I'm like. How I think, etc, so that I have fans that aren't just music junkies, but actual "friends" as well. It makes the experience for BOTH you and I, just THAT much better. :) Now, lets begin. Currently, I have a team to help me with my solo project as a musician. If you don't know by now, I write, play, record, and perform all of my own songs. Thus, I don't have a "band"... So, I fill that space with my team. It's an elite group of highly suportive business friends that are helping me reach my dream. I honestly don't know what I would do with out them. They do all of this with me out of their hearts... And that is what makes it so effective and meaningful. Alone, I'm just a musician... But, with my team backing me up... That makes a force to be reckoned with. :) Theres 10 members total, (including myself) and we meet now and then to discuss "plans", "next moves", ideas, and business in general. However, some members have recently lost track of how important this is to the rest of us, missed meetings, not participated in team goals, and even proven to have not understood a word I have said in the past because they are too focused on their own opinions (against the majority)... Sounds harsh, but music is a business to me, and I take it seriously. So, Since these select members seem to have lost care for the team and what the majority of us agree on, they will be removed ASAP. Tomorrow I meet with the majority team members and we will be deciding on who is staying and who will be leaving. New members WILL be found, and I look forward to meeting them. :) Haha, wow that was a lot. Tell you what, there is MUCH MUCH more to be covered... But I'll get to that in tomorrows post.
